Shipping Restrictions – N2U Hemp Company (2025)

At N2U Hemp Company, we strive to provide our customers with the best hemp-based products, smoking accessories, and wellness goods. However, due to varying state and federal regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to specific locations. Please review the following shipping restrictions before placing an order.

 

General Shipping Policies:

  • We ship only within the United States.

  • Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws regarding hemp-derived products before placing an order.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for vape-related products due to the PACT Act.

 

Restricted States & Products:

1. CBD & Hemp-Derived Products:

  • Idaho & Kansas – Only CBD products with 0% THC can be shipped. Products containing any THC (even under 0.3%) are not allowed.

  • Hawaii – CBD-infused edibles and beverages cannot be shipped.

  • Louisiana – Restrictions on CBD-infused food and drinks; customers should verify legality before purchasing.

  • South Dakota – Legal landscape remains unclear; customers should verify state and local laws before purchasing.

2. Hemp-Derived Products:

Due to local regulations, we cannot ship these products to:

  • Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington

3. Vape & Smoke Accessories:

Certain states have restrictions on the online sale of vaping products due to the PACT Act:

  • Massachusetts – Strict online vape sales restrictions.

  • New York – Prohibits online vape sales.

  • New Jersey – Bans flavored vape products.

4. Grow Supplies:

Some states have restrictions on the shipment of growing equipment:

  • Idaho, South Dakota, Mississippi – Restrictions on certain grow supplies.

  • We continuously monitor changes in state and federal regulations. If your state legalizes or restricts specific products, our shipping policies may be updated accordingly.
